Under Advanced Password you must use a uppercase and lowercase, as well as include at least 1 number and be a minimum of 7 characters in length. EX.( L456789a) Make sure to remember this password as it will be used to access the user settings as well as advanced settings in Managers main menu.

POS security group setting gives permissions to the user from level 1 2 or 3.

the first being Cashier, which grants the ability to ring up sales and accept payments. The cashier does not have permission to return items.

the second being Service Desk which grants Cashier privileges, plus the ability to return items when the original receipt is present. The service desk also has limited permission to return items without receipts, as well as access to more of the Manager Menu buttons on POS.

The third is Manager. This grants full control of all Point of Sale functions and overrides, as well as full access to the Manager Menu.
